Warranty Coverage
All Elephant Roof Seal Kits are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions.
This warranty applies to:

- 100mm Tile Roof Kits
- 100mm Tin Roof Kits
- Trunking and cable management products
- Electrical and solar isolator products supplied by Elephant Roof Seal Kit Australia
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Material faults
- Premature failure of EPDM rubber components under normal operating conditions
- Product defects that affect intended waterproofing performance
If a product is determined to be defective, we may, at our discretion: Replace the product, Repair the product, or Provide a refund.
What Is Not Covered
- Incorrect installation
- Improper roof preparation
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modification
- Damage caused by accidents, storms, hail, fire, or other external events
- Normal wear and tear
Installation Responsibility
The performance of any roof penetration sealing system depends on correct installation. It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that products are installed according to the specific roof type, application requirements, and local building standards.
Failure to follow proper installation procedures may void warranty coverage.
Professional installation in accordance with industry best practices is recommended to ensure optimal performance of your air conditioning roof seal kit.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
